Assistant Manager / Manager (FICO) - SAP Consultant

About the role

Deloitte China's Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Chongqing, which offers multi-lingual compliance and advisory services, is hiring an Assistant Manager or Manager (FICO) for its SAP practice. The role applies SAP knowledge and Deloitte methodology to support the implementation of SAP solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply training and background in SAP and relevant Deloitte methodology to support the implementation of SAP solutions
• Work with others to deliver high-quality work products and a superior client experience
• Collect, analyse and use data and standard tools to surface and support solutions
• Apply basic financial concepts to client and Deloitte business models
• Use frameworks to organise concepts, identify gaps and communicate ideas clearly
• Find and leverage a diverse set of resources and share findings with others
• Develop leadership capabilities such as influencing, collaboration, managing change and quality and risk

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3 to 8 years of working experience in SAP
• Good understanding of SAP, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality client service
• Good consultation and communication skills, self-initiative, teamwork and ability to work under pressure
• Proven track record in business development is a definite advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese; Japanese depending on project needs
