Assistant Boutique Manager

About the role

Audemars Piguet is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to support boutique operations, drive sales performance, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards. Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager, you will act as a key middle‑management link, ensuring smooth daily activities and fostering team development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the line manager in achieving sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and coaching the team for results.
• Partner with the manager to disseminate accurate information and ensure effective use of company systems.
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, product safety, audit, and operating procedures.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns.
• Support CRM maintenance in line with company requirements.
• Collaborate on marketing, events, merchandising, and product flow plans to strengthen brand positioning.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development initiatives for team members.
• Prepare accurate documentation and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and competition.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of luxury retail experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong hospitality service mindset with a high‑touch client experience background.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
