Analyst Account Management / Key Accounts

About the role

The Analyst Account Management / Key Accounts will drive sales activities for automotive OEM customers, supporting both existing and new business opportunities. You will act as the primary liaison between key OEMs, Tier‑1 suppliers and our internal teams, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales initiatives to meet defined targets and align with corporate strategy.
• Maintain current accounts while identifying and developing new business with OEMs and Tier‑1 suppliers.
• Collaborate with OEM customers to design fastening system solutions for specific applications.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand requirements and uncover growth opportunities.
• Increase per‑vehicle penetration of SEF products across assigned OEMs and their supply chains.
• Secure orders and coordinate with customer service and manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Manage inventory levels, balance delivery schedules with freight costs, and proactively alert customers of potential risks.
• Work cross‑functionally to resolve customer complaints and gather market intelligence for strategic planning.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience developing OEM business as a supplier.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English (CET‑4 or higher) and ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
