About the role
The Air Freight Operations Expert is responsible for managing cargo delivery, customs clearance and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange cargo delivery and customs declaration according to customer orders, SOPs and shipping requests.
- Track transportation status, confirm arrival times, handle partial damage issues and send arrival notifications.
- Coordinate pickup/delivery after customs clearance, working with warehouses and transport teams.
- Maintain communication with customers and resolve exceptions with various departments.
- Accurately complete cost and revenue reporting, focusing on cost control and revenue growth.
Required profile
- College degree or higher, preferably in logistics or international trade.
- At least 2 years of experience in air freight import operations.
- Good command of English (CET‑4 or above) and ability to communicate independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Familiarity with the CW1 system (preferred).
