职位概况
负责在 Discord、X、Reddit 等社区深度洞察用户需求，推动产品与用户生态共成长。
主要职责
- 挖掘用户痛点并转化为产品优化建议和运营玩法。
- 搭建低门槛高参与度的 UGC 内容生态，培养核心创作者和 KOC。
- 策划社交平台传播活动，设计创作者激励体系，提升社区活跃度。
- 探索 AI 工具在内容策划、创意生产和运营执行中的应用。
任职要求
- 具备社区运营、UGC运营、内容运营或用户增长经验，能够独立完成从洞察到执行的闭环。
- 熟悉年轻用户及动漫/ACG文化，能够策划病毒式活动和社区营销。
- 对 AI 伴侣、角色扮演及动漫文化有浓厚兴趣，愿意长期运营用户生态。
必备技能
- 优秀的内容策划与文案能力。
- 熟练使用 Discord、X、Reddit 等社区平台。
