Job description
职位概况
负责AI软件工程平台的底座建设、Agent编排框架与运行时等工作，推动平台化、可观测化和研发工具链的统一接入。
主要职责
- 建设Agent注册与统一模型网关，实现多模型路由与灰度发布。
- 搭建编排层，使Agent与工具在流程中自动流转。
- 构建Agent评测体系，包括数据集、回归基线、质量指标及自动化评测流水线。
- 实现上下文接入层，打通Git、Jenkins、Jira等研发工具链。
- 基于MCP建设统一上下文接入，处理权限透传、增量同步等工程问题。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程相关专业。
- 扎实的软件工程基础，熟悉完整SDLC。
- 具备大模型应用的生产落地经验，能够解决线上问题。
- 熟悉Agent、RAG、向量数据库的实现及失效模式。
- 熟练使用Python，了解至少一种Agent开发框架。
