职位概况
负责通过AI工具和数据分析，拆解抖音平台的爆款内容逻辑，为内容编导和剪辑提供选题方向、脚本优化及趋势预判。
主要职责
- 分析抖音行业趋势、热门音乐、话题与挑战。
- 利用AI与数据平台拆解爆款文案结构、镜头特点及受众偏好。
- 输出选题方向、内容策略及脚本优化建议。
- 监测账号数据，分析竞争对手打法，制定差异化策略。
- 定期输出热点报告，跟踪内容效果并进行趋势预判。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，有内容运营、数据分析或热点研究经验者优先。
- 深度理解抖音热点、爆款及算法逻辑。
- 具备优秀的数据分析、信息整理和总结输出能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉热点研究工具、数据分析平台及AI创作工具。
