About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Development Assistant Manager to support campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Establish campaign guidelines that align with organizational objectives to direct team activities and meet sales targets.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with stakeholder requirements and established criteria.
- Forecast marketing impact on targeted communities and communicate results to channel and partner marketing teams.
- Determine the scope of strategic objectives and integrate marketing strategies that enhance products and services.
- Collaborate with management on necessary resources for marketing initiatives.
- Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Apply Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
