Job description
职位概况
负责AI中台Agent系统的设计与实现，利用大语言模型拆解复杂业务，实现自动化流转。参与多Agent协作模式的路由与编排，确保系统高效可靠。
主要职责
- Agent系统开发：设计AI中台，基于LLM实现业务逻辑拆解与自动化。
- 路由与编排：使用AutoGen、Dify、CrewAI等框架设计Multi‑Agent协作，优化任务路由与状态管理。
- 服务对接与工程化：实现Agent与企业后台、传统API、数据库的无缝对接，编写高效中间件和业务接口。
任职要求
- 2027届及以上硕士学历，计算机或软件工程等相关专业。
- 扎实的Python编程功底，熟悉异步编程，具备工程化代码编写习惯。
- 熟悉大模型生态，具备Prompt工程、RAG调优经验，了解AutoGen或类似Agent框架核心机制。
- 熟练使用FastAPI、Django或Flask等后端框架，熟悉关系型、非关系型及向量数据库。
- 有大模型中台或企业级工作流自动化开发经验者优先，熟悉高并发、分布式缓存和消息队列者加分。
