Job description
职位概况
负责雷达/摄像头/域控等产品的场景分析、行为预测、决策规划模块开发，参与ADAS系统的算法实现与性能评估。
主要职责
- 开发道路模型融合、交通参与者行为预测及自车行为决策规划等核心算法。
- 评估相关模块和系统的性能KPI，进行问题分析与优化。
- 搭建并维护可视化分析、数据挖掘、KPI评估及仿真等工具。
任职要求
- 硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子工程、信息工程、车辆工程、数学或物理等相关专业。
- 具备行为决策规划、雷达感知、AEX（AEB/AES）功能开发或智能驾驶方向的研发经验。
- 英语流利，具备技术文档撰写与会议沟通能力。
必备技能
- C++、Python、Matlab
- AUTOSAR架构及嵌入式开发
- 熟悉道路模型融合、行为预测、决策规划算法
- 了解雷达感知及感知融合算法
- 具备ADAS量产项目开发经验，熟悉L2/L2++功能链路及ISO 26262流程者优先
