ACEMS Intern

About the role

Join Airbus China as an ACEMS Intern and support the operational and administrative functions of a global aerospace leader. You will gain hands‑on experience in data analysis, project support, and cross‑department collaboration within a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and generate reports for internal projects.
• Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
• Research industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow and process improvement.
• Help organise company events, workshops, and internal communications.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for operational enhancements.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, International Business, Management or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
