Account Manager 客户经理

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between the company and its existing customers, ensuring their needs are continuously monitored and addressed. This role also drives portfolio growth by identifying new project opportunities and collaborating with sales to acquire new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze customer requirements to detect important changes, opportunities, and risks, and act promptly.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing additional projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop potential new customers and explore new projects, including localization of global accounts.
• Define and implement actions to guarantee customer satisfaction, including a 24‑hour feedback loop.
• Process customer inquiries, generate systematic internal quotations, and prepare clear kick‑off information for new products.
• Lead technical (e.g., change requests) and commercial (e.g., pricing, claims) negotiations throughout the product lifecycle, finalize contracts, and ensure internal execution.
• Plan monthly sales data (volumes and prices) for the current and next fiscal year and maintain medium‑term forecasts up to four years ahead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or commercial role within electronics or EMS manufacturing.
• Knowledge of contract law, product costing, cost accounting, budgeting, and investment calculations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, de‑escalation, and project‑management abilities.
• Fluent spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
