Account Director

About the role

Sensor Tower’s digital intelligence platform provides unparalleled insight into market trends, advertising, competitor strategies, and consumer audiences across mobile, web, and gaming. The Account Director in China will own the entire customer journey, building strategic relationships, driving revenue through upsells, and ensuring renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage business in China and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by overseeing renewals and upsells.
• Conduct C‑level discussions with customers and strategize their use cases on the platform.
• Create, manage, and implement Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Proactively understand clients’ businesses to provide competitive insights and trends.
• Collaborate with global product, engineering, and technical teams to improve product offerings in China.
• Follow industry trends and translate them into day‑to‑day business impact.
• Communicate product development cycles between product teams and customers, managing expectations on feature requests and releases.
• Identify product penetration, renewal, and upsell opportunities within the managed customer base.

Required profile

• Full fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in SaaS sales as a BDR, SDR, AE, or Account Manager.
• Ability to turn data into a clear commercial narrative using numbers and insights.
• Strong understanding of mobile gaming, entertainment, financial services, or security industries (a plus).
• Self‑starting attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to interpret industry trends into business impact.
• Enjoy working in small, fast‑paced teams, taking initiative and delivering results.
