职位概况
负责多项目的整体管理与执行，带领2-5人团队完成整合营销策划、实施及结案，提升客户满意度。
主要职责
- 同时管理2个以上项目，控制时间节点与质量。
- 独立撰写并执行整合营销策划方案，带领团队完成项目交付。
- 与客户进行商务沟通，准确把握需求并提供解决方案。
- 管理项目报价、合同、成本、进度、回款等全流程。
- 培训并提升团队成员的专业能力和服务意识。
任职要求
- 6年以上数字营销公司工作经验，具备多项目协调能力。
- 有2-5人团队管理经验，能协调内部及供应商资源。
- 本科及以上学历，新闻、传播、广告、市场营销等相关专业优先。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力，具备敏锐的市场洞察力。
- 能承受较大工作压力，具备优秀的沟通与时间管理能力。
