职位概况
负责搭建并优化公司招聘体系，统筹全流程招聘工作，提升招聘效率与质量。需要具备丰富的全盘招聘经验和团队管理能力。
主要职责
- 搭建并优化招聘流程、渠道、面试标准及人才库。
- 负责基层、技术岗等全流程招聘，包括需求对接、简历筛选、面试组织、薪资洽谈、Offer发放及入职跟进。
- 运营并维护招聘网站、猎聘、BOSS直聘、校园招聘、社群、线下招聘会等渠道，控制成本。
- 建立面试官标准，组织面试培训，精准评估候选人能力与匹配度。
- 统计招聘关键数据，定期输出分析报表，持续优化招聘策略。
任职要求
- 5年以上全盘招聘经验，1年以上招聘主管/组长管理经验。
- 熟悉各行业岗位招聘逻辑，能撰写专业JD，具备面试评估与薪酬谈判能力。
- 精通主流招聘渠道运营，有中高端、技术、管理岗位招聘经验者优先。
- 具备招聘数据分析与流程优化能力，能够独立制定招聘方案。
- 沟通表达、谈判协调能力强，抗压能力佳，能接受招聘旺季加班。
- 本科以上学历，人力资源或工科相关专业优先，熟悉劳动法者佳。
