职位概况
博世集团在无锡招聘车身软件开发工程师，面向2027届毕业生，负责车身电子功能的软件研发与测试。
主要职责
- 开发车身电子相关功能，包括座椅、车灯、配电、车窗等。
- 对接客户需求，进行需求分解与设计，或交付子模块负责人。
- 按照规范完成软件集成、功能场景测试用例设计及MIL/台架测试支持。
- 负责软件故障排除与错误修复。
任职要求
- 车辆工程、机械工程等相关专业硕士或学士学历。
- 熟悉车身电子、动力域功能簇，了解电机控制策略，具备整车车身工作经验，熟悉ZCU、VCU等控制器开发流程。
- 熟悉AUTOSAR架构及ARXML配置，有控制器应用层功能开发经验。
- 掌握Matlab、Simulink、UDE、CANOE、INCA等开发调试工具，具备MIL或SIL测试能力。
- 熟悉C、C++、Python或M语言，能够编写手工代码或脚本。
