UGC & Creator Community Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate UGC & Creator Community Specialist to shape and grow the local user‑generated content ecosystem for thatgamecompany's IPs. You will drive player enthusiasm, nurture creator relationships, and ensure our community aligns with the brand’s artistic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute local UGC and creator community strategies, continuously refining growth and incentive frameworks.
• Build long‑term, trusted partnerships with key creators, community leaders, and fan networks.
• Plan and run UGC marketing initiatives, contests, and co‑creation projects tied to game milestones and major brand events.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and community sentiment, amplifying high‑quality player‑generated content across channels.
• Collaborate with Global Community, local marketing, and social teams to align creator initiatives with broader brand objectives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in creator operations, UGC ecosystems, or community management within gaming, ACG, or digital content.
• Strong knowledge of creator dynamics, fan‑creation culture, and aesthetic judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills for building lasting trust with diverse creators.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to work across international teams.
• Deep passion for gaming and alignment with thatgamecompany’s philosophy of emotional connection and artistic design.
