职位概况

在指定区域内开展公司产品的介绍和推广，与医疗机构建立并维持合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。

主要职责

达成指定产品的区域销售目标，制定并执行拜访计划，提供产品信息和医学咨询。
维护医疗机构关系，提升满意度，开展学术活动，跟踪产品临床需求，防止断货。
收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈，完成各项报表和费用使用。

任职要求

医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历，2-3 年医院医药代表工作经验。
具备外资制药公司工作经验者优先。

必备技能

产品及市场知识，产品推广技巧及流程。
区域管理，业务敏锐性，辅导他人。
以客户为中心的聆听、解决问题能力，正直可靠。
