Senior Manager – Retail Training (East Region)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead retail training across our East region, supporting both owned stores and franchise partners. You will design and deliver learning solutions that drive business performance and elevate the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training support to retail and franchise teams to improve consumer experience and meet retail standards.
• Design and implement training programs aligned with short‑term and long‑term retail KPIs.
• Develop, track, and report on training efficiency using both retail and training KPIs.
• Partner with Retail Operations leaders, attend business meetings, and propose training initiatives.
• Coordinate with Retail HR, Product Marketing and other functions to secure resources and alignment.
• Maintain and optimise the training curriculum structure to match business needs.
• Establish training KPIs and evaluation processes to ensure delivery quality.
• Manage performance, development and best‑practice sharing within the training team.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in apparel retail or fast‑fashion.
• University degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong project management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, collaborative, adaptable and able to multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general PC skills.
