Senior Manager, Corporate Communications

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Corporate Communications for lululemon China, you will shape and deliver the company’s corporate narrative across internal and external audiences. Reporting to the Director of Communications & Corporate Affairs, you will act as a strategic storyteller, ensuring employees feel informed, inspired, and connected while protecting and enhancing lululemon’s reputation in the Chinese market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute China‑specific corporate communications strategies aligned with global guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with national media, industry platforms, and opinion leaders.
• Lead proactive and reactive media engagement, including interviews, statements, and media monitoring.
• Identify reputational risks, conduct scenario planning, and manage issue and crisis communications in partnership with legal and government affairs.
• Partner with China leadership to craft internal communications that drive engagement, belonging, and alignment with business priorities.

Required profile

• Open‑minded, creative, and culturally intuitive with a passion for storytelling.
• Proven experience in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management.
• Ability to serve as a trusted communications partner to senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and connect diverse employee audiences.
