Vuori is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to create memorable experiences for customers in a fast‑paced, high‑energy store environment. You will represent the brand’s active‑coastal lifestyle, combining product expertise with a positive, optimistic attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers promptly, building lasting relationships.
• Provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style, fit, and sizing.
• Achieve sales targets within a team‑based commission structure.
• Maintain the sales floor, fitting rooms, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Communicate inventory needs and product concerns to management.
• Assist with store projects while keeping focus on customer experience.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and adherence to scheduled shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns proactively.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
