Quality Engineer – Manufacturing & Supplier Quality

About the role

As a Quality Engineer at Bosch Group in Changzhou, you will support both supplier and in‑house production quality initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with Bosch’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with supplier quality problems and lead corrective actions.
• Conduct product audits and control non‑conformities in in‑house production.
• Lead 8D problem‑solving teams for quality issues.
• Provide warranty support, including setup, analysis and problem solving.
• Drive value‑stream quality topic reviews.
• Participate in process and system audits.
• Contribute to project team work and handle internal/external customer complaints.
• Support Q‑Base activities and coordinate lead‑plant and customer audits.
• Apply quality processes such as PPAP, QG, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Perform big‑data analysis as a member of the data‑analytics competence centre.
• Execute other tasks defined by the Quality Supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of quality methods and office software.
• Cooperative spirit and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with data‑analysis tools such as Minitab, QS‑STAT, and PowerBI.
