Job description
Key responsibilities
- Production management for HSCA or Jumper products
- Ensure production safety at all times
- Provide basic training and re‑education (non‑technical)
- Support analysis and tracking of PPM (Parts Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets
- Lead workshops and continuous improvement teams for cost reduction
- Use management tools to minimise PPM and external complaints
- Assess Phase 4 processes and propose solutions
- Reduce direct labour and improve PPH while achieving cost savings
- Ensure effective production processes and conduct internal audits
