职位概况
负责在上海地区开展公司药品的介绍与推广，建立并维护与医疗机构的合作关系，确保完成公司下达的工作目标。
主要职责
- 按照公司规定的覆盖频率制定并执行医疗机构拜访计划，利用推广技巧和产品资料进行产品介绍。
- 提供医疗咨询，处理问题，提高医疗机构满意度并建立长期合作。
- 挖掘现有市场潜力，开发潜在市场，配合市场开发策略完成新产品进药计划。
- 收集竞争产品信息，及时向上级反馈并提供建议。
- 定期分析区域情况，更新医疗机构资料，制定行动计划并有效利用时间。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
- 2-3年医院医药代表工作经验，外资制药公司经验优先。
