职位概况
负责设备的维护保养，确保设备始终处于良好可用状态，支持生产线的连续运行。
主要职责
- 配合新设备的安装、调试及验证活动。
- 及时执行设备维护，保证设备运行良好。
- 响应生产、质量、EHS等部门的设备需求，包括维护申请、改进、事故调查、培训等。
- 开展改进项目，提高设备合规性和绩效，保持5S管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机电一体化或相关专业。
- 2~3年设备维护工作经验。
- 英语流利者优先。
- 具备GMP/ISO知识或医疗器械制造经验者优先。
