职位概况
负责全国范围内的种猪运输管理，包括车辆洗消、运输规划及团队协调，确保运输过程的生物安全与成本质量平衡，为农场和客户提供高质量服务。
主要职责
- 与客户服务团队沟通，制定并执行运输计划。
- 向客户介绍种猪运输服务，提供合理方案。
- 管理运输过程并进行成本控制。
- 审计并监督洗消中心，确保车辆洗消烘等操作达标。
- 组织协调种猪运输项目，押车、监控、突发事件处理及风险化解。
- 为农场服务团队提供支持与帮助。
- 管理运输车辆、专员和司机，保障安全平稳。
- 负责运输团队的生产安全及人员健康安全。
- 开展团队人力资源培训与管理。
- 参与预算规划、实施及资本支出采购。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上畜牧、兽医、生物安全或物流运输相关工作经验。
- 优秀的团队合作与沟通能力。
- 学习能力强，熟练使用MS Office办公软件。
- 吃苦耐劳、责任心强，执行力突出。
- 具备团队管理经验。
- 能够适应全国范围出差。
必备技能
- 熟练操作MS Office办公软件。
