职位概况
负责自营陆运车队的安全管控、车辆维保、司机排班及运力调度，确保运输任务准时完成并降低事故率。
主要职责
- 监控驾驶行为，处理违章并开展安全教育。
- 制定并执行底盘、厢体、冷机的维保计划，控制维修成本。
- 统筹干支线司机排班，合理调配运力。
- 实时监控车辆运行异常，快速响应故障或事故。
- 管理车辆及冷链设备全生命周期，包括采购、调拨、盘点。
- 负责温控设备的采购、发放、校验及退库。
- 根据订单和路况动态优化发车计划，提高周转率。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历，物流或车辆工程相关专业优先。
- 3年以上车队调度或管理经验，有冷链运输经验者加分。
- 熟悉冷藏车结构及冷机维保常识，能读懂基础故障代码。
