职位概况
浦东香格里拉酒店现招聘楼层服务员，加入客房部团队，负责客房清洁、维护及补给工作，确保客房符合香格里拉标准。
主要职责
- 按照酒店客房标准进行清洁、整理和保养。
- 补充客房用品，保持客房设施齐全。
- 发现设施故障及时向工程部报告。
任职要求
- 具备酒店或相关服务业工作经验者优先。
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
- 主动积极，具备主人翁意识。
必备技能
- 熟悉客房清洁流程和标准。
- 能够使用基本清洁工具和设备。
