Job description
职位概况
负责华东地区（上海、江苏、浙江、福建、安徽）的在线仪器售后支持，涵盖产品维护、技术支持及新项目的安装调试工作。
主要职责
- 为华东区域提供售后支持。
- 维护在线产品并提供技术支持。
- 完成区域内新项目的安装调试。
- 协助客户处理日常故障投诉。
- 完成服务合同及配件的销售任务。
- 严格执行售后服务流程，规范操作。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，化工、机械类理工科背景，具备分析化学基础。
- 2年以上仪器维修经验。
- 良好的沟通表达能力和客户服务意识，具备强烈的责任心与团队合作精神。
- 英语书写流利，具备良好的阅读水平。
- 能承受工作压力并能经常出差。
