Mechanical Production Operator – Assembly & Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Production Operator to join Emerson’s manufacturing team. In this hands‑on position you will support the assembly, testing and packaging of mechanical products while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test and package mechanical components according to specifications.
• Perform regular equipment inspections and report any issues.
• Implement on‑site 5S practices to maintain workplace organization.
• Complete production support documentation accurately.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Junior high school education or higher with basic English proficiency.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronics or mechanical manufacturing environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong quality awareness and good learning ability.
• Ability to work independently and bounce back from setbacks.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
