职位概况
Air Products 招聘电气维护工程师，负责工厂电气设备的日常维护、故障排除及安全合规，提供 24/7 紧急响应，确保设备可靠运行。
主要职责
- 监控设备可用性，确保符合安全、卫生和环保要求。
- 负责高压、中压、低压变压器、电力供应系统、MCC、电机驱动、照明等设备的定期维护与维修。
- 响应计划内外的维护需求，提供全天候支持。
- 维护设备文档完整性，更新设备历史数据库。
- 执行预防性维护，支持机械完整性工作。
- 协调或协助监督承包商工作，确保安全、质量和可靠性。
- 编制技术报告，按时提交每周工作记录。
任职要求
- 熟悉工厂所有电气设备，具备设备文档管理能力。
- 能够在紧急情况下快速响应并完成维修。
- 具备基本仪表维护知识，能处理现场常见故障。
- 具备良好的技术报告撰写能力。
必备技能
- 电气设备维护（HV/MV/LV 变压器、供电系统、MCC、驱动器、照明）。
- 预防性维护与故障排除。
- 机械完整性支持。
- 承包商协调与监督。
- 技术报告编写。
- 仪表基础维护。
