Learning & Leadership Partner – Beijing

About the role

The Learning & Leadership Partner supports retail learning programs across China, reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning + Leadership Retail Partners. Based in Beijing, the role works closely with the China Learning & Leadership team, People & Culture Business Partners, and Retail Area Directors to deliver strategic learning solutions that enable rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with China Area Leaders to design and execute learning strategies that address regional needs.
• Create and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap for the retail organization.
• Adapt and facilitate core training programs to develop functional and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure all training initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs analyses with the L&L Manager, prioritize learning gaps, and regularly visit stores to validate content relevance.
• Measure training effectiveness and report insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, coaching, and instructional design.
• Proactive, highly motivated, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong project‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and prioritization skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑service orientation.
• Fluent written and verbal English; authorization to work in China.
