职位概况
负责所在区域的市场策略落实、团队管理及业务拓展，提升公司产品在区域内的影响力，维护关键客户关系，推动跨部门协作。
主要职责
- 通过区域管理、团队激励，制定并执行辖区市场发展计划。
- 策划、组织并跟进市场促销活动，收集并反馈市场信息。
- 拜访医院，与关键客户建立并保持良好合作关系，参与大客户谈判与协议签订。
- 与商业人员沟通协调，确保产品供应，合理分配资源并控制费用。
- 完成各项报表、报告，提升团队成员产品知识与业务能力。
任职要求
- 医学、药学或相关专业大学专科及以上学历。
- 2年以上团队管理或区域管理经验。
- 具备产品知识、市场推广与学术沟通能力。
- 具备合规意识、跨部门协作能力，无商业贿赂记录。
