About the role
The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen is looking for a Floor Runner to join its Housekeeping team within the Rooms Division. The Floor Runner delivers guest-request items and keeps the linen par stock at the pantry area ready for room cleaning, reporting to the Floor Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests such as ironing and pressing, hair dryers and other items in a timely manner
- Keep all areas of responsibility clean and organised, working unsupervised with attention to detail
- Assist guests courteously and in a friendly manner
- Deliver and replenish room linen and soiled linen, and supply and restock the pantry and room attendant work areas
Required profile
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Passionate, adaptable and flexible
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
