Executive Assistant to VP and Co-MD

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and Co‑Managing Director at AWS CMHK. The role acts as an extension of senior leadership, handling a wide range of administrative and project‑based tasks while collaborating with other executive assistants across AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex calendars across time zones, prioritizing appointments and work time.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
• Organize and execute team events, all‑hands meetings, employee engagement activities, and off‑site gatherings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, track key deliverables, and follow up on action items.
• Serve as liaison between direct reports, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Assist with space planning, budget management, and logistics for projects and events.
• Mentor and collaborate with other executive assistants to share best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions with limited information, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
