About the role
Join Bosch Group in Suzhou as an Electric Powertrain Systems Engineer focusing on vehicle motion (VM) features. You will translate market insights into technical solutions and work closely with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative powertrain capabilities to our products.
Key responsibilities
- Define and develop vehicle motion features for electric powertrains based on market analysis.
- Conduct research and technical analysis to evaluate new feature concepts.
- Design and implement powertrain‑specific control algorithms aimed at performance, efficiency and reliability.
- Provide technical consultation to hardware, software and validation teams.
- Support feature demonstrations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Control Theory; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electric powertrain systems development.
- Proven experience with electric motor control, power electronics (inverters) and electric power systems.
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and its interaction with the powertrain.
- Effective communication skills in English.
