About the role

Nord Anglia International School Shanghai is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join its vibrant, international community. Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate lessons for early years students.
• Reflect on teaching practice and student outcomes to continuously improve achievement.
• Introduce innovative ideas and best‑practice methodologies into the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues, sharing specialist expertise and contributing to a supportive team culture.
• Communicate confidently with parents, students, and diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships.

Required profile

• Relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience, preferably in an early years setting.
• Self‑motivated, reflective professional with a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an international school environment.
• Eligibility to meet China visa requirements.
