Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to own and optimise programmatic advertising campaigns for our clients in Shenzhen. The role combines hands‑on media buying, data analysis and client communication to drive measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as Display & Video 360 (DV360) and other DSPs.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and adjust bids, targeting and creative rotation to meet KPI targets.
• Analyse campaign data, extract actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing media buys.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and sales teams to translate client goals into effective programmatic strategies and produce performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and ensure data integrity across ad‑tech systems.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and internal initiatives to support FiveStones’ growth.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad‑tech or programmatic media buying with a proven track record of campaign optimisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required; Cantonese a plus), both written and spoken.
• Highly analytical, proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360).
• Familiarity with other DSPs such as The Trade Desk.
• Knowledge of Campaign Manager 360.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
