Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage contracts, coordinate inland deliveries, and ensure accurate commercial documentation for a leading chemical distribution company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain customer contracts and related commercial documents (package list, invoice, MSDS, CoA, etc.).
• Coordinate inland delivery schedules and follow up on order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with the finance team to monitor accounts receivable and conduct monthly delivery cost reviews with logistics staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely feedback.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal business processes.
• Maintain document filing systems and support audit activities.
• Identify and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trading or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in chemical manufacturing, distribution, or trading.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
