Bilingual Director of Operations – China, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Director of Operations to lead our China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao region. The role will guide the regional Operations team and franchise groups, aligning with IDQ headquarters to drive operational excellence and world‑class performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for regional operations and franchisee support.
• Introduce and champion new operating platforms, processes and AI‑enabled technologies to improve productivity.
• Lead the adoption of robotics and kitchen automation to achieve step‑change efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional peers (Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Training) to implement new initiatives.
• Redesign the franchisee engagement model from tactical support to strategic partnership.
• Represent Operations in international forums and support One China initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in multi‑site operations, preferably within the restaurant or food‑service industry.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (or Cantonese) with strong communication skills.
• Track record of driving operational transformation and delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functional areas.
