职位概况
我们正在寻找热爱咖啡、愿意在门店一线学习并成长的见习咖啡师。加入M Stand，你将参与日常运营，提升咖啡制作与服务技能。
主要职责
- 制作并提供顾客品质如一的咖啡产品。
- 负责门店日常运营，包括咖啡制作、收银、打包、清洁卫生等工作。
- 保持环境整洁，确保餐具完好，备齐物料用品，保障正常营运。
- 主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到接待顾客，提供优质服务。
- 遵守M Stand运营政策和流程。
任职要求
- 年龄20-28岁，性别不限，形象气质佳。
- 热爱咖啡餐饮行业，善于沟通，热情大方，有优秀的服务意识，可接受新人。
- 能吃苦耐劳，工作认真负责，服从安排，具备团队精神。
- 有拉花或相关饮品制作经验者优先。
- 能接受灵活的早晚班制度。
