Associate Director, Strategic Planning

About the role

The Corporate Strategic PMO drives enterprise‑level governance and strategic project management to deliver the company’s top priorities. As Associate Director, you will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable tasks, ensure cross‑functional alignment, and surface risks and opportunities early.

Key responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategic priorities into clear QBR narratives and measurable OKRs, ensuring consistent interpretation across functions.
• Lead quarterly QBR planning, governance cadence, and cross‑functional alignment, surfacing dependencies, constraints and delivery risks.
• Identify emerging opportunities and provide leadership‑ready strategic insights by synthesizing complex inputs.
• Lead end‑to‑end strategic project management for corporate initiatives, defining scope, success metrics and integrated plans.
• Institutionalize enterprise agile delivery by establishing a scalable agile project management framework, standards and toolkit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; PMP or Scrum certification is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical or closely related biotech/healthcare environment.
• Proven track record leading enterprise projects and transformational change in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Executive stakeholder management experience with senior leadership, influencing without authority.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
