Associate Analyst – Account Management Graduate Program 2027

About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Analyst to join its Account Management Launch Graduate Program in Beijing. Over an 18‑month period, you will work closely with senior Account Managers, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple business functions while supporting key client initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with routine business processes and documentation.
• Create contract, agreement, and presentation materials under guidance.
• Support execution of cross‑functional initiatives for key accounts.
• Help Account Leads manage team activities and track performance.
• Monitor market and industry developments and propose ideas to strengthen Mastercard’s competitive edge.
• Conduct internal data research and analysis on a weekly and monthly basis for key accounts.
• Prepare documentation for contracts and assist in processing data for customer review materials.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or accelerated master’s program, graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Available to start on 19 July 2027 and does not require visa sponsorship for China.
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.
• Extremely organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
