AI Marketing & Social Growth Assistant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑native Brand and Social Growth Manager to shape digital storytelling and drive traffic for Zurich Insurance’s online business in China. The role blends content creation, AI‑enhanced marketing workflows and cross‑platform social strategy across WeChat, RedNote and other local channels.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate content ideation, copywriting, video scripting and visual briefings, building reusable prompt libraries and templates.
• Optimize GEO and AI search visibility by structuring brand and product information for AI‑friendly discovery.
• Use AI‑driven social listening and competitor analysis to generate insights, test creative concepts and translate findings into growth plans.
• Plan, execute and monitor daily social content and campaigns on WeChat, RedNote and related platforms, adapting formats to user behavior.
• Track performance metrics such as views, clicks, engagement, saves, shares and assisted conversions, providing data‑based optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, legal, compliance, performance marketing, IT and external agencies to ensure content is engaging, compliant and conversion‑oriented.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or brand marketing, preferably in consumer‑facing sectors such as travel, lifestyle or e‑commerce.
• Strong consumer insight, creative storytelling ability and awareness of compliance requirements in financial services.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools and a mindset of integrating AI into daily marketing workflows.
• Data‑driven approach with the ability to optimise content based on engagement and conversion metrics.
• Experience working with DTC, private traffic or online store conversion is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI generation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Kling, Canva and Feishu AI.
• Familiarity with social platforms WeChat and RedNote for content publishing and community management.
