Job description
职位概况
负责制造业核心场景的AI模型设计、开发与落地，提升生产工艺、设备可靠性和能耗管理。
主要职责
- 根据生产、设备、质量等部门需求，转化为AI技术方案并编写技术文档。
- 采集、清洗生产数据，构建训练集，确保数据质量。
- 使用Python、TensorFlow/PyTorch等开发并部署机器学习、深度学习模型。
- 在现场调试模型，监控运行状态，持续优化业务价值。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业。
- 1-3年制造业AI相关经验，优秀应届生亦可。
- 熟悉制造业生产流程，了解IIoT、边缘计算、数字孪生等技术。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Python及NumPy、Pandas、Scikit-learn等库。
- 掌握TensorFlow或PyTorch，具备模型部署经验（ONNX、TensorRT）。
- 了解CNN、RNN、LSTM等深度学习模型。
- 具备GIS数据处理经验者优先。
