负责带领业务发展团队，拓展跨境支付在成长型企业的市场，覆盖跨境电商、SaaS、物流等行业。
主要职责
- 制定并执行销售战略，拆解目标，优化销售流程。
- 管理团队业绩，监控销售数据，及时调整策略。
- 跨部门协作，推动产品、市场、客户经理等资源支持。
- 利用行业资源和网络开发潜在客户，建立商业合作。
- 跟踪行业信息，探索新商业模式，促进业务可持续增长。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，熟练中英文听说读写。
- 3年以上团队管理经验，具备成功带队业绩。
- 拥有跨境支付或跨境电商等相关行业经验。
- 自驱力强，执行力严格，具备结果导向的责任心。
- 出色的沟通能力，能影响关键决策者。
