Quality Engineer – OSAT Supplier Management

About the role
As a Quality Engineer focused on OSAT supplier management, you will act as the key liaison between Bosch Semiconductor Products and its OSAT partners. You will coordinate internal and external quality issues, drive problem‑solving initiatives, and ensure continuous improvement of supplier performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality concepts for existing products, technology changes, and new developments.
- Coordinate complex failure analysis for production line, 0 km, field, and IQC issues.
- Design and monitor quality improvement measures, and share lessons learned across the organization.
- Organise and execute customer visits and audits at OSAT or SiFo sites, representing Bosch’s quality interests.
- Manage communication with global suppliers to promote quality enhancements.
- Track corrective actions from internal and external audits using Gemba visits.
- Coordinate warranty processes and compile quality data for improvement projects.
- Support external customer communication and on‑site reporting when required.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical field.
- Several years of experience in supplier quality management or semiconductor manufacturing.
- Proven experience in quality analysis, supplier management, and customer communication.
- Fluent English for effective collaboration.
