Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will support the Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service and operational efficiency across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post daily work schedules, monitoring staffing levels to maximise service quality and productivity.
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house zones in line with Four Seasons standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Housekeeping Department in the absence of the Assistant Director or Director of Housekeeping.
• Coordinate with the Laundry/Valet Manager to ensure guest service standards, operational efficiency, safety and quality are maintained.
• Participate in cost‑management activities, monitoring inventories, supplies, labour and energy usage.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other hotel departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Familiarity with laundry and valet operations and related quality controls.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
