About the role
As a Customer Quality Engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products, you will act as the primary liaison with ME customers, ensuring quality issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers on all quality‑related topics and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle and track customer claims using SAP, QPIT and related systems.
- Focus on SiC claims for ME customers through distributors, coordinating with Chinese and German quality teams, analysis labs and sales teams.
- Support problem‑solving activities with RtP1 and other internal processes.
Required profile
- University degree in a technical field or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a technical environment.
- Several years of experience in quality management, manufacturing, development or project management.
- Proven experience in claim management and customer communication.
- Proficient English language skills.
