Corporate Learning Center Instructor

About the role

KLA is seeking a passionate Corporate Learning Center Instructor to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for employees and managers worldwide. You will facilitate both virtual and in‑person courses, support team development workshops, and provide one‑on‑one coaching to help learners apply new skills on the job.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CLC curriculum across professional, management, and team‑development programs in virtual or in‑person settings.
• Create an engaging, learner‑centered environment through discussion, practice, and clear facilitation.
• Facilitate team development workshops such as DISC sessions, high‑performing team workshops, and collaboration sessions.
• Provide individualized coaching on communication, team dynamics, and related topics.
• Contribute to instructional design by updating slides, exercises, guides, and facilitator notes.

Required profile

• Strong communicator with a genuine passion for developing people.
• Motivated to grow within Learning & Development.
• Experience facilitating virtual and in‑person training sessions.
